Valmont Polska Sp. was established in July, 1994 as a joint venture between Valmont Industries, Inc., (NYSE: VMI) and Mostostal Siedlce, S.A.
In 1997, the operation expanded with the construction of a modern steel lighting mast manufacturing and galvanizing facility in Siedlce. In 1998, Valmont Poland experienced a sizable increase in production growth and the following year a second-shift was added to meet the growing domestic and international demand. In subsequent years, the company expanded into new markets and gradually increased the employment level to exceed 100 workers while adding modern equipment to the factory floor.
The years from 2000-2006 were a time of increased growth and development for the company. In recent years, Valmont Poland implemented lean production initiatives to increase productivity and minimize lead times. Further, the Valmont team focused on continually improving the customer experience by expanding the product offering while carefully listening to the voice of the customer.
Today, Valmont Polska serves with excellence all of Poland and many Eastern European markets by offering customers the global technical and manufacturing resources of Valmont Industries combined with the local expertise of employees and representatives across the region.
