In the new development strategy, Valmont Poland focuses on the resistance welding technology, which gives a great opportunities in terms of weld quality as well as the efficiency of the process itself.
The application of this technology in the new plant in Siedlce is the beginning of work on the development and improvement of this production method for the entire Valmont group.
In addition to the use of a new material merging technology, a larger range of operations has been included to reach smooth production process, starting with the preparation of the input material, giving it the right geometry, by forming proper conical shapes, ending with professional welding. The entire scope of these operations will be carried out automatically while maintaining increased performance and quality parameters.
